As the People & Culture Manager at Synergy, she plays a pivotal role in shaping company culture, managing talent acquisition, and ensuring a seamless employee experience. Her expertise spans full-cycle HR functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and strategic workforce planning.

As Synergy’s Director of Information Technology, Troy Heinemann leads the strategy, development, and management of the company’s technology systems, ensuring every solution supports Synergy’s mission and enables teams to work at their best. He focuses on secure, scalable platforms and turns business needs into practical roadmaps that deliver measurable value.

Jeffery Faulkner is the Vice President of Sales Operations. Jeff’s team of Strategic Partnership Managers handle the incoming opportunities from firms that are not currently managed by outside Business Development leaders. Jeff’s team is driven by the opportunity to help as many families as possible every day and maximize the compensation they deserve.

Brian Rust is the Controller and Director of Finance & Accounting for Synergy, providing supporting services to Synergy’s clients, staff, and executive leadership. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s financial functions including accounting, internal audit, treasury, financial planning and analysis, and tax compliance.

Rasa Fumagalli, JD, MSCC, CMSP-F is an Illinois-licensed attorney and the Director of MSP Compliance Services for Synergy. Rasa and her team provide plaintiff attorneys with initial consultations to address any Medicare Secondary Payer compliance issues that may arise in connection with their clients’ personal injury or workers’ compensation cases.

Teresa Kenyon is a California and Kentucky licensed attorney and Director of Lien Resolution Services for Synergy. Teresa and her team provide invaluable assistance to plaintiff attorneys by handling all types of health liens and bringing them to a swift resolution.

Brittany Schott is the Chief Operating Officer for Synergy. Brittany and her team provide plaintiff attorneys with initial consultations regarding lien resolution and Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance services, client onboarding and implementation, and ongoing customer support.

Daniel J. Alvarez is a founding principal and Chief Revenue Officer of Synergy. Synergy allows trial lawyers to focus on what they do best by handling all the issues which arise at settlement such as lien resolution, Medicare compliance, and public benefit preservation techniques for protecting the recovery.

Anthony Prieto is a Founding Principal and Chief Financial Officer of Synergy. Synergy allows trial lawyers to focus on what they do best. Prieto has spent over twenty years working across the country with attorneys and their clients to provide guidance during litigation.
